If you don’t have access to any other equipment, a tractor and a set of log tongs can effectively (not efficiently) move rocks around. I highly recommend having a helper along if this is how you want to proceed. But, once locked on, the tongs are a very capable piece of equipment to move boulders exceeding a couple hundred pounds.
